Right to Forgotten
The world biggest technology company Google stated that the right of any European citizens who claimed about their data to be removed will not be shown on any search engine and will be removed immediately from Google Search Engine.
Right to be Forgotten is the law passed by European union court to protect the citizen's right if the data available on any search related to any particular person or company and if it destroy his person life or company standard so the person or company has the right to claim for its removing from any search engine.
There is a case regarding to "Right to be Forgotten" which was brought by a Spanish citizen who claimed that the Google Search still showing the ads or notice on his house that it was hanged for the auction of his house. He said that this affect his personal life. He claimed that such data should be removed from the Search Engines.
The "Right to be Forgotten" Step taken by Google is very good. This law can protect Everyone right. This not only protect someone;s life but also increase the trust on Search engine because there are a lot of stuff on every search engine that it had come to its end.
This changes will be brought at the mid of February.
