- you need Log out from your Facebook and then you have to install an extension name Facebook Groups Leave All At Once in Google Chrome by finding in extension tab.Click on Add to Chrome to get install.When Its installation get completed then log in into your account again.

- A black Facebook icon will appear at the top right side of Chrome so click on it.
- A popup menu will appear with two options. Click on the desire one and move further to next step
- A new Popup menu will appear, so there you have to click on "I AGREE, Leave me from all Groups"
- In this step you will see the number of groups from which you will be removed.
